We are endlessly grateful to Liz for service above and beyond the usual services rendered by a real estate agent. The first house she sold for us needed work before it could be sold, but we had to leave for another province before it could be done. She stepped in, organising and overseeing the work, definitely doing a better job of freshening it up than we could have done. After a few years we were back in Ottawa, and of course engaged her to find us a home. Well... at first she needed to talk us out of a house that had caught our attention but, as she firmly pointed out, really wasn't for us.
